Services

Zozim Window Co LLC provides residential and light commercial window cleaning services in Richmond, Kentucky and surrounding communities. All services are performed on accessible windows and related components. We do not perform work on high-rise or structurally inaccessible windows.

Service Results

Results depend on the condition of your windows, the type and severity of existing buildup, and the accessibility of the windows to be cleaned. For services such as hard water spot removal, results vary based on glass condition and mineral deposit severity. We will communicate honestly about what is achievable before beginning work.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Service appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at (530) 762-8489 or agmul.zokari@zozimwindow.com. We ask for reasonable advance notice when possible.

Property Access and Safety

By scheduling service, you confirm that you have the authority to grant access to the property and that the areas to be serviced are safely accessible. We reserve the right to decline or postpone work if conditions present a safety concern.

Limitation of Liability

Zozim Window Co LLC will exercise reasonable care in performing all services. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to windows, frames, or surrounding materials that is not caused by our work. Any concerns about our work should be reported promptly so we can address them appropriately.
